It's hard thing. If the system won't start, you probably must reinstal the operating system. But have you tried to use safe mode? If you have Windows XP as your OS, i think you might try to set it into safe mode. If it could start the Windows on safe mode, you can try to restore the file which on you recycle bin. When you turn on your PC, press the F8 keys until it appears some options on your screen. Choose the safe mode option. But if the safe mode still can't start your system, then you must reinstal it. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

hello, how can u delete system file, when u run windows ? i never tired it but for your case i got some idea but not sure if it is work or not. What u can do is, get your hardisk, if your hardisk still use IDE cable, connect to other CPU from CDROM partion, so 2 hardisk in one CPU. if SATA cable then just connect it to motherboard. After that try search your recycle bin back then move the folder system back. when done, put your hardsik back into your original PC. Hope it works.

Ehm, It is difficult. What's your operating system? If it is Microsoft Xp professional that you can used Xp recovery program. You can see during machine startup before Windows Xp logo appears on screen. If you are concern your data, Please buy or borrow other new harddisk and install fresh operating system. Put your old harddisk as slave then copy all of your data.
