How did you escape the summer heat?

Attached a few days,the weather here is difficult to block the summer heat.In this weekend,there are many of people go to Waterfront Park beach,enjoy the cool.The swimming complex is also a full game.What about you?How to escape the summer heat?

I'm lucky because im living in a vacation spot its a place where people go to to escape the summer heat ^^ but it rains often here mostly afternoon even summer aaawwww. . . =P
