Does anyone know how to make a website or webpage that i can make money off of? and how i would go about doing so?

if you are free to make a website, you hav e to learn like frontpage ,dreamwaver etc. it cost about one month ,i guess. then you apply a website ,it's finished

i looked into doing this a while back but found that all the free ones were for a short time only so didnt bother in the end as i disnt want to pay for one
