Hats off to persons who have to work the night shift... That is one thing I cant imagine myself having to do. I like being at home or out enjoying myself at nights. Not working... If I was in the medical field working at a hospital I would no doubt have to work the night shilft. I surely wouldnt like it though. Do you work the night shift? If not... Would you mind working that shift? prefer to work during the day and then have the night for myself.... How about you?

night shifts schedule at work has a much bigger earning compared to those who works at night. But the drawback of it is it would affect your health. Many people nowadays especially in the Philippines, works at night schedules (call center agents) for them to earn much bigger than the usual and be more practical. People in this case had to take the right steps in managing their time so it won't affect their health. Some people was able to do so...

thats true here in the states he would earn an extra 35 cents an hour for night shift and an extra 25 cents an hour for 2nd shift but when raising a family it is really not worth it but then again if your goin to marry a mill worker you know what your getting into or should know ! that is the hardest thing alot of his friends had to deal with since their wives could not deal with them being gone , but im lucky i guess , i like to stay home , and dont like goin out much but the drawback is everything is put on he wife and yes i mean everything if you cant handle that you should think about what your getting into ~M~

the night shift is really bad but what is worse is when my husband was working ( he is now layed off) he had to work the swing shift , he changed shifts every 2 weeks and man was that hard on the family and it didnt help that he was working 12 hours a day so he would either be working from 7am-7pm or 3pm -3am or 7pm-7am, the hardest part is just making sure he gets enough rest , he never saw the kids much since they were in school at the time but still after school and such it was hard just keeping the daily routine of our lives quiet enough for him to sleep , but sadly now that he is out of work he would give anything to have those terrible hours back just to know he has a job ~M~

It wouldn't be a preference but if I had to because of work then I would just do it. Not for ever though.
