Do You Play Video Games with your Sweetheart?

My fiance and I have started playing the game Ghost Recon Advanced War Fighter together and I think that it's really interesting. I have to admit that it's far from my favorite genre but I'm warming up to these types of games. Watching him or a friend of ours play was almost always boring, I have to admit. I did and do like the graphics of these shooting games, especially Tom Clancy, but as for every playing it? 
Well I never thought I'd get good at it.
I average about 12 kills, though I've gotten as far as 22 kills, this was with respawn on. Do you ever play video games with your spouse? If so, did you ever think you'd be playing the types of games you are playing with him or her? We've played Sims together, a game that I like more then he, of course we've played Mario Kart together, but as for any of the shooting games, nope.
I commented that I'd rather have the old Nintendo Gun so that I feel that I am actually shooting the guys, but lol, I guess I've gotten used to the controls for the most part. We are doing Campaign in Co Op

Combat Arms? Well I don't know that you are still on this site, but if you are I hope you can tell me what that game is about, or if someone else knows?

I love playing video games! With my b/f is even better. We've been playing Lord Of the Rings. He plays a lot of the military type games..Call of duty..Medal of honor..Brothers in Arms..I'm trying to learn those too..lol..they are not easy. I like playing Twisted Metal with him though..one of my favorites. I'm more of a Resident Evil and Silent Hill type of player. These games are usually just one player games though.

Wow 7 months and I haven't responded. The Shooter type games are harder to figure out. My husband and I have been playing GRAW and GRAW 2 as he wants me to help him get acheivements for the 360. We haven't actually played in a long time, now we're concentrating more on the wii, or I am atleast.
I like racing games, and more girly games. My Sims and My Sims Kingdom are fun!

My wife is not into gaming or the likes. All she wants is watching TV series and reading books. She's more of a social person and likes to always comverge with her relatives. For me it's ok since I'm more of a single player type of person. I like playing games that are for 1 player only like God of War, or Metal Gear, etc.

I haven't been a hardcore gamer like some might imagine the defintion of that may be, but I do like to play games. I guess though that the idea of games such as the ones you've listed were far fetched for me. Maybe your wife will come around one day and you can start a tradition of gaming! lol. Metal Gear does seem like a fun game, and I like the plot line.

Yeah - my bf and I play games! Ever since we got the PS3 - we either cuddle in bed to watch blu-ray movies (WOW! Crystal clear graphics, I'm impressed!), or kick each other's a$$ with whatever game we have. A couple of months ago - he got me Lil Big Planet because he knew I really wanted to play that game. So when he's not around I play with that one.
But when he's here - it's the new Street Fighter. He always wins - but always makes me practice! So I've been winning and kicking his butt lately. Hehehehe... It's fun! It's part of being a young couple.=)

My cousin has the PS3, so I know about the bluray graphics, they are nice. I think I've heard of the former game. Lil Big Planet, but am not sure what the game entails. What's it about? lol. I like Street Fighter, haven't really played a newer version unless the trial version of the game on the 360 (my fiance and I have) is a newer version. It has good graphics, and the one stage I've seen looks like the older one.

It is agreat joy playing video games with my sweet wife, we play resident evil, night mare creatures,call of duty and the sims.
We always play after dinner and our kids went to bed.
It is realy a good pleasure playing video games with my wife because that make a strong bounds between us and give us more common subjects to talk about.

I am so glad that you enjoy playing video games with your wife. I really enjoy playing video games with my fiance as well. I do like to play the Sims, and we've played that together. I don't have a soulmate to play with, but I think it would be fun to play with your soulate or sweetheart as you have said. I would think it can bring people together and perhaps crate a better bonding experience. It's kinda funny how something like games can bring people closer together, or they find they enjoy playing games together.
