escabeche - fish w/ sauce and carrots

Escabeche is a Filipino dish.It is usually served with rice.It has carrots and sauce with orange color.My mom usually fry the fish first before finally adding the sauce.

my mother really loves cooking escabetsi too and they are very delicious.. and that's one of my favorite dish.. my mom also fry the fish first before putting the sauce..

hhhmmmm., yummy! i love to cook. and cooking escabeche or any other dish is what i like and love most. i love to see my family so contented and happy with what they are eating. i love to cook to those people who appreciated my way of cooking. its really a nice contentment for my part! thanks friend jhelai
