This is something I have never tried before as I used to purchase using paypal. I think it should be OKAY as many people are using credit cards to purchase things online.

Hey, Well firstly it all depends on the actual website, because some websites can actually use your Credit Card information and do some fraud using it. Just makes sure the websites say HTTPS not HTTP, and you should be all good. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

nope i don't think it's safe.all your personal infos there are being exposed.bad people would take advantage of that.so it's better to be safe than sorry.take extra precautions.

I think as long as you are clued up on safe internet practices then you do go someway to reducing the risk of using your credit card online. But you will never completely remove the risk of being on the wrong end of credit card fraud as you only have control of the transcation at your end, as in making sure your pc is safe and only using legit sites. The thing is that if you do use safe practices online you are just as likely to be at the wrong end of credit card fraud when using it on the high street whilst paying over the counter.

Hi, i don t use a credit card to internet to buy stuff, i am afraid, i use mt pay pal if i want to buy something. Maybe i must to have more confidence, but really what i want to buy i can find in real stores, but maybe if i need a medicine, something, i will buy with my credit card, only if i know for sure that is a safe site.

It depends on the encryption i.e. SSL 128 Bit security. Its a MUST to check these certificates to ensure that you don't fall into hands of those deadly hackers. Alternatively, we can check for payment gateways, like we have BillDesk for bill payments or there are certifications by VeriSign Trust Network, EquiFax etc. Also, the sites with "https://" are always safe and secure.

Just make sure that when you transact your credits card information in secured way like for example make sure that the HTTP has https, second at least you will record what site you deal with, like paypal, alertpay, and any other service related site and look for any information about there service so that you know the risk that your going to.

Of course you need to make sure that the website is trusted and the it is verified by known security software provider like Verisign, McAffee and among others.
