How do I monitor my session data usage? / myLot

Hello people, I have a broadband connection with limited download capacity per month. I want a software which will tell me the live stats of data downloaded/uploaded during the session. I know I can get the information through Windows but it gives the information in bytes and it becomes hard to calculate... Please recommend me some software.

Hi, Do search about NetMeter in search engine. Its free, and we have feature that can hold the amount data usage per month. So, we can calculate per month and have average data per day. It's useful for user that have limited data plan. And we can exactly counting data per month not more or less, it should be effective and efficient. I hope It will be the answer of your question.
