i need to loose weigh!!

i have never really been big before and now i think i am, noone else really thinks i am but i have never weighed this much before so it bothers me. i didnt gain weight until i moved to where i am now i try to blame it on the town because i dont like it but its really because i got lazy and dont know anyone here because i didnt go back to school. what all exercise can i do at home?? i dont really want to leave my house cause i dont know how the people are here.

You should join Sparkpeople.com Its a really great website with discussion forums and support groups and its free. They can provide you with workout routines for free too and meal plans if you want. But it is all customizeable. I lost about 40 pounds... I have gained a lot of it back though. I really need to go back to the site. Its the only thing that has really worked for me. Also, try Wii Fit and DDR... video games + fun + not leaving the house = excellent.

i looked into that, i would have to look at it some more put its only wantin to let u lose one pound a week, u lose like 3 in your sleep!! but idk ill look into somemore though thanks

What kind of exercise do you enjoy? YOu can get an exercise vidoe that you enjoy and just do that at home. Why not get a dog and start taking it our for walks. I think that exercising while walking and being out of the house is easier. This way you may meet some neighbors and find out that you like where you live now.

I do WiiFit 3-5 days a week. It's such a good work out! I'm so tired and sweaty and sore afterwards! Plus it's so much fun! I really enjoy doing it, so it's very easy to keep coming back to and not to give it up! You can also set weight loss goals for yourself in the game, and it will keep track of your weight loss and BMI so you can see how you improve! And you can do it at home! You can also get some in home exercise machines and equipment. My parents and several of my friends have gotten treadmills and bowflex machines and such for free because they found someone who was sick of the machine taking up space and it was never getting used. You can check Craigslist.org to find people in your area selling old exercise machines for cheap or even giving them away for free! If you don't have enough room where you live for an exercise machine, there is some smaller equipment you can get! You can get the EZ Chin Up Bar which is small and portable and can be used for pull ups, push ups, chin ups, crunches, etc. You can also get one of those inflatable exercise balls... some even come with a DVD of exercises you can do with them! And a very cheap option is to get a hoola hoop! Hoola hooping for 30-45 min each day is a great aerobic workout that really works your stomach muscles! Plus it's pretty fun! There are plenty of exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home!

Drink Slim Fast, or eat Slim Fast products atleast once a day. Of course make sure your not allergic to any of the ingredients or that it's going to react to you differently. Someone on here once had said that they were allergic to slim fast. It will help you lose a few lbs. Exercise by just dancing, or doing squats, etc. Search the internet for good ideas, type in the area you want to target. Suck in your stomach and hold it for a few seconds.
