did you tr FTII (pune)or NID (Ahmadabad)? These are the best and pioneer institutes for what you are looking for. If you r budget is low then you will have to look for cheaper acting classes in your locality. I know Chennai has good lot of acting institutes but if you feel language will be a barrier you should try some institute in Bombay. All the best and do keep us posted about your findings :)
