Would your co - worker be jealous or leery on you, if you do a better job?

It happens all the time, at any workplace. If you do a better job than your co - worker, your co - worker might be jealous. So, when in training, if you were a new employee, they might not teach you everything that you need to know. Once I observed, a co - worker at my work place unwilling to tell a new employee everything, because she just worry that he might done a better job than her. So, that employee always make a mistake at his job. At the end, they both end up fighting verbally. Eventually, the new employee just quit, and she won that battle. That just unfair to him, and I really despise person like her.
