I am looking for PTP that pay 65 cpm or more.

Well, it has been a while since I was on here but I am in need of some advice. All of you that are doing the PTP (paid to promote) programs. I am looking for those programs that are paying 65 cents or more per 1000 hits. I am interested in any and all advice you have to offer to help get the most of the paid to promote programs.
