Powering LEDs

I need a little help on LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes). How much power do you need to power a few of these buggers? I'm thinking maybe 20-30 3mm bright blue LEDs. You obviously can't use a few batteries. I was thinking either USB? or an old computer power supply? Any help would be awesome!
