There's a mulberry tree in the yard that pretty much pelts me with fruit every time I go outside. I'm not complaining - it's free food. I just don't know what to do with all of these berries! I've been collecting and freezing them every day. I just made two cobblers with them (they took 4 cups of berries and I'm not even close to running out) and I plan on making mulberry jam tomorrow. I'm not finding many ideas on the internet besides cobblers, jams, and smoothies. Does anybody have any favorite mulberry recipes?
