How often do you think about food?

For me I am stopping to think about food, maybe just when I feel hungry that is the only time I think of food now. If I won't stop thinking about it, I'll be having a hard time to loose weight. If I get hungry I just eat a banana right now or a biscuit if I think about food. Anyway have a nice day to all of you!

I am born to eat. So it is obvious I am always thinking of food. I love to eat

Hi preethaanju, well I love to eat, but I am worried now of my health. I have to cut some food intake. Like fatty food and so much cholesterol. Anyway have a nice day to you!

I must say that if you are trying to lose weight it is best not to think about food too much are you will want to eat when you are not hungry. Since I must prepare food for my family I have to think about food even when I am not hungry. I must decided the menu and go to the store ahead of time to have the food in the house for when we are hungry. Good luck to you in your effort to lose weight.

Hi caver1, well I am dieting now, cause I really gain weight, and it's been affecting my health. I stop eating to much now. When I am hungry I just prepare a sandwich to eat. Rice has to much carbohydrates I guess. Anyway have a nice day to you!

Hi jett77, thanks for the advice. Right now I am dieting. Cause I really gain a lot of weight. So usually I only eat biscuits when I am hungry or just a sandwich. Anyway have a nice day to you!

Hey, one advice for you. If you are on to lose weight, for your information banana contains a great amount of fats mostly responsible for obesity. So, you should avoid eating banana and rather go for apple or other fruit. Okay, I don't think about food except for my scheduled time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And if I see any food stuffs around me just after I've finished eating it makes me feel like vomiting as if I have to eat those as well,lol!

Hi whizkid08, thanks for the information, right now when I feel hungry I just take a sandwich or a biscuits. Taking to much rice I think is bad to much carbohydrates. Anyway have a nice day to you!I
