Who else likes bubble tea? Why? I love it. :D It's too expensive for me to have on a regular basis. Bubble tea is (cold) tea with balls of tapioca on the bottom. I've also tried adding pineapple pieces along with the tapioca, and it tastes SO good. Mango and taro tea are my favorite flavors. I didn't like it the first few times I tried it, honestly... What about you? What flavors do you like? Oh and did you ever notice that it's almost impossible to speak with your friends about bubble tea without sounding incredibly perverted? x3 Or it might just be me. :P

Now I have heard of everything. Is this something they serve only in restaurants or can you buy it in the store as well? I am willing to try anything as long as it isn't completely gross!

Oh it's delicious! I know for a fact you can get them pretty much anywhere in Chinatown in NYC, so your best bet would be to look around for a Chinese area. It's really worth a try. There are a bunch of other different drinks tahat are similar. I think I went to just about the only Japanese restaurant in Chinatown and got some kind of red bean drink. It's was's bad, but it was.. interesting.

No idea what it is you are talking about. America and it's quirkey little inventions. I am sure it will never cease to amaze me.
