What caused Micheal's death?

There are tons of rumors floating around about what caused the sudden passing of Micheal Jackson.
He did have a full physical check up not too long ago, and everything was fine.
I have two ideas of what it could have been:
1-Somesort of long-term side affect from his plastic surgery
or
2-His dependency on pain medication/opioids.
I think the latter is a bigger contender- he most likely was addicted to medications he took at one point, and just kept taking them.
Whatever the case, may Micheal Jackson rest in peace.

Yes he just had a complete phyiscal that he passed so he could get insurance for this mega tour in London that was suppose to start next month. I believe if the story is correct Demoral injection that he was taking everyday was given to much yesterday and that slowed his heart down and then stopped it. Now the doctor is missing and I wonder WHY???

well i thought months ago that he was diagnoised with skin cancer so i reckon that and his upcoming tour causes his heart attack, he has been under a lot of stress over the years, like being in and out of court, having to sell of his stuff etc etc
