Well, this question is certainly not been asked that I am aware of. But I would have to say just once a day. Pretty regular here.

dude how can u count.. sometimes i go poop get up and then have to sit back down in like 10 secs because i didnt get it all out so.. does that count as one or 2 well if it counts as one about 10 times 5 on a bad day
