Do you ever make such mistake?

I left home this morning at around 8;40.When I got back home at 11;10,I was surprised to find that my TV was ON.
Then I remembered that I must have misused the remote control.I must have mistaken the mute key as the off key.I pressed 'mute' and left without checking again.What a shame.I could have avoided it.Well,at least I learn to be more careful next time.lol Have you ever experienced this kind of thing?

Never because we we never contented of just turning something our left-behind appliances. It's our customay to unplugged all the connections before leaving the house. I don't know if it's advisable..

Thats a good habit.About TV,I just turn it off.Never unplug its connection expect sometimes necessary.

i'm like this with my hair straighteners, i once left them on for 5 hours when i went to uni for the day, but luckily my room didnt burn down, but my room smelt like it had,now,i switch off everything at the socket so my mind is at peace

Yes 3 times I remember,, I left a pot on the stove and went driving,,luckily all was fine when I came back( that was 1 hour)
