What Is Your Favorite Way To Exercise?

I love to swim because I think it's the perfect workout, the perfect way to work out. I get the benefits of cardio exercise and the way the body is moved for the different strokes exercises and tones muscles, and sculpts somewhat. It's also great to feel cool(temperature) while working out...no sweating. How about you? Do you like to swim, do you walk, jog, work out at the gym? Why? List the benefits of your choice of exercise.

I need to exercise more, but don't like just to do it just for exercise's sake! I use a bike as much as i can for my 4 mile commute in to work, which saves me using the car and gets me fitter too!

Cycling is a great way to exercise. Cycling as opposed to using a car saves money and the planet. Kudos to you!!

After work, I play football, tennis and badminton. Playing those sports make me stronger, faster and flexible. Additionally, those sports can bring up the good-team spirit. So I like those sports.

Sports are a great way to exercise! Also a great way to develop frienships and team spirit, of course.

I like to dance. I don't dance often but when I do I find that I lose weight and look more toned rapidly, and I have a lot of fun doing it!

I love to swim. I have 3 types of arthritis,so most exercise is out of the question for me, but when I'm in the pool, I'm superfit! Well, that's an exaggeration, but I can swim for quite a while, and I can also do aqua aerobics, so I can do much more in the pool than on dry land. I love to walk as well, but the problem is, I can't walk far enough or fast enough for real health benefits.

I know what you mean. I feel absolutely great in the pool and hate to get out of the water. I walk too, sometimes fast sometimes just a leisurely pace. Any walking is good though because every little step is one in the right direction if you're moving your body.
