While you stay in mylot, coffee or tea is in your cup?

I'm in mylot mostly at night, during this time I used to sip a cup of coffee or tea. For you what's the best to sip while you're here in mylot?

I drink anything from sweet tea, to water, to capri sun. I've had coffee whilst on the computer, but usually just stick to drinking simple things such as I listed above. I have capri sun beside me now but am refraining from drinking it as to share with my fiance. Welcome To Mylot!

Lol, well capri sun's are very good. They are marketed for kids to drink, but we have them and drink them and really like them. Have a wonderful day!

i think coffee is the best, but i usually used both when i am doing mylot. i really love coffee, but i can't drink too much. so after one cup of coffee, i make another cup of tea to accompany me when i am doing mylot.

Well, I am a coffee lover. But I do not actually take anything in front of my laptop. Usually at night when I am myloting, I take a break and take a cup of coffee. When I am done, I go back to mylot and post and reply to the post of others.

Oh! That's a good habit to relax the eyes, and refresh back your mind. This is a positive attitude a cup or bottle might throw and damage some things in your table if you have it near with the PC/ laptop or papers. Which I usually do. Happy mylotting!

Me, a nescafe will do and a biscuit as at night I usually felt hungry. Sometimes I resort to tea, but weirdly sometimes tea make me feel sleepy.

He he he! Me I slurp coffee only when I don't want to sleep early. Yes there were few instances that a cup of tea makes my mind alert especially at night, I can't sleep fast. Thank you for responding! Happy mylotting ^_^!

I am not very much use to of Tea. If i will not get tea even i work better. I have seen some people who need tea after some time of work. But i have no such habit. If i will not get tea even for a week there will be no affect on my efficiency of work or quality of work. Somwetimes i take tea while working on mylot. But i am not habitual of it.

I'm a tea addict. I don't like coffee. But sometimes i have a cup of cappucino accompany me while doing some works. My daily beverage is tea. All of my family are tea lover. I think tea is healtier than coffee. Especially green tea. Tea contains much of natural antioxidant. As we know that antioxidant is good for our health. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Oh! Now that I hear you say that a tea is healthier than coffee, I wanna ask why my aunt when she forget to sip a cup or more of coffee, she will suffered in headache yes she is dependent or addicted in coffee without this it will be her bad day! I don't like coffee, and I like strawberry tea. But I drink Coca-Cola - it's not healthy but i'm addicted :(

Be warned that a coca cola is health risky so at least you have advance idea and awareness that one day you'll wake up that something wrong in your health condition, diabetes could affect your sense of seeing and other symptoms. If I were you do not let your life ruin by this soft drinks. For a good taste in coca cola will make your healty condition waste. Thank you for responding! Happy mylotting ^_^!

I like to drink a coffee cup in the morning when i stay in mylot, at night i don't drink, but i ate some salad awhile stayed in Mylot.
