what should I do about my teeth?

one of my teeth is moving,it makes me afflictive.maybe I eat more sugar in my childhood. I call for my doctor,and she advises me that I just eat something is soft,it sounds serious.oh my friends,can you give me some good advising,what should I do and how to keep my teeth steady?

I think you should go to your dentist and have it checked. Don't just call her. It is better to have her look at the condition of your teeth so that she can recommend to you the best thing to do with it. It is difficult to keep a moving tooth steady, but calcium rich foods can be of help. Soft foods can't meet the nutrients your body need in a day.

I am sorry to say but since you have not mentioned your age, it would make the advice difficult. I assume that you are a grown up, at least 20+ yrs of age. You should be your own judge and see how much is your tooth moving. If it moves too much, you can go on moving it and you should target to take it out, even take the dentist's help if you need. If it is not moving too much, then you should go for preventive measures. Take half a spoon of salt, put in a few drops of mustard oil and use it as a paste to massage your teeth and gums. Do it for a fortnight and things will be better

Well drink milk or rich in calcium, and Vitamins that would enhance the oral health don't move it or avoid to hold it with your tongue to make it unnoticed and relax and maintained a good oral care

did you know that I suffer from the pain of my gum at the wisdom tooth area, I thought it still growing, but I'm wondering also why my tonsil is aching that night was so difficult to sleep I have a bit fever but I didn't take any medicine Its hard to bit food I just eat my dinner just a spoon of food then I can't hold the swallowing pain then after the morning I just slept for a half day and cook a soup and bit a bread because my stomach is empty and its complaining so I force my self to eat food but the pain is not much hard last night, then I go early in bed to sleep then I am fully recover my gum pain there is a pus that pull out in the area of wisdom tooth and I rub it with clean cotton so that the pain would gone that was the second day at least even I have a Gum issue problem I can manage to toothbrush my teeth and eventually checking the area that was gangrene (infection) that why I just thinking which part of my body would have affected after the third days its just a pain direct to the brain that really painful, but when I try to open my mouth and do make a exercise if I can bite food its okay and no pain and a bit pus when brushing. then at the fourth day I feel good I didn't take any pain releaver or any medicine that can manage my fever and pain. because I'm not get used to drink any medicine that would damage my liver or kidney that why I'm very happy I well now for a 4 days trials gum problem

you are right, but I can not help holding it with my tongue,it is a bad habit.
