what do you preffer to...a junkfood or fruits?

Most of us really doesnt eat the right one. In a grocery, it is a constant for as to pick alot of junkfood rather than fruits. Why? Some tells, because junkfood is more cheaper than fruits. But dont we realized the profit of two to our body? The one is a junk that can harm us and the other is nutrious that can help us to fight some deficiency. Well, think about this guy...

for me of course i will always choose the fruits rather than the junk foods because we all know that fruits is more healthy compare to junk food,but there are only times at home during my rest day that i am craving for junk foods especially when i am watching movies.

yes your right, some becomes a habit of eating junk foods specially while watching movie and even me i prefer to eat junk foods even if its not that healthy.. besides, i never try to watch movie with fruits with me and eating them while watching.. lol... have you? if theres someone who eat fruits while watching then good for them.

I always prefer fruit only.. after the junk food .. lol.. Well i am junk food lover man.. in a week.. i eat more then 2-3 times .. that's realybad for health. but from that only.. my hunger end.. from fruit.. my hunger never satisfied.. fruit are like water only.. So they are both diffrent.. fruit can be eaten by junk food.. bu heath wise.. Fruit is always more prefreable than this..

I always buy fruits and vegetables whenever I go and prefer them to the junk food. We prefer home cooked healthy food than the ones available over the counters. Here in our place fruits are cheaper and so many think that it is not good. But the good days are coming fast that people are getting aware of what the fruits give. Before i was eating junkfood almost everyday. When there is new junkfood that available in the market i easily get it. But now i am learning to love my health hahah, i was victim of having UTI and its because of eating too much junkfoods i guess. Now, i am enjoying eating vegetables and fruits as much as i can. Although there are times that i still eat junkfood but not before that in a day i eat too much. Now just a little and there are days that i really dont eat junkfoods, so thanks God. Anyway, keep on posting good discussion and happy mylotting =)
