Have you ever seen an apparition?

When I was 14 my stepfather killed himself a few towns away in a motel, the night we found out my mother had myself and my little sister stay with one of her friends and that night I saw my stepfather in the upper corner of the bedroom I was in at the time just kind of hanging out there. It was really creepy. Another time, my best friend and I were going back to her house off one of those really spooky country roads we have here in Texas and as we rounded a corner we both saw a short guy about five feet tall walking across the road with an old timey black coat that had tails and a top hat like Abe Lincoln. I swerved because I thought I was gonna hit him. That scared the ever loving crap outta me. I couldn't drive for like 20 minutes. And when I did I had the brights on the rest of the way and the radio loud and my friend and I were singing and talking about anything else.
