I was lurking on a website recently and someone post that they made a Swiffer Duster Cover. They said it did a better job than the ones that came with Swiffer. I would think it's cheaper also. I brought a Swiffer, but when it was time to purchase the refill I could not afford it so I stop using the Swiffer. Have you made a Swiffer Duster Cover? Would you say it did a good job?

http://tipnut.com/make-your-own-swiffer-cloths http://greenmountainmama.blogspot.com/2007/09/swiffer-cozy-pattern.html Look here. First link gives the home page. Second Shows what it looks like. I didn't keep looking, but there should be a pattern there somewhere. I've never used one but it looks feasible as they can be washed & reused. Good luck!!!

It looked simple & small so it should work up fast. So fast, you just might be able to make some as gifts or even sell them. Hope you enjoy!!!

I would think it would be pretty easy to do this and if you make it like a pillow cover that can slide on and off you could easily throw it in the washer to clean it.
