zoom panel

Hi, I signed up with Zoom Panel in early June. After completing my sign-up I got a message saying I would receive a confirmation email to activate my account. Well, I haven't received anything from them. I sent 2 separate support tickets to them regarding this (6/10 & 6/24) and got a canned response saying my ticket was received. No feedback whatsoever. :-( Are there any others here who are active members of the Zoompanel? Is there customer support this slow? Any feedback would be appreciated.
