Sleeping for a long time and dreaming fragmented dreams is my things too. I sleep for 1 to 2 hours at day time whenever I am free and at home. And hate to be disturbed during my day sleep. My favorite sleeping is side ways. And this is advisable that if you sleep after your meal you should initially sleep left side of your bowel and this helps the digestive system. Later on you could change to any position.

I usually sleep on my side as well although I often sleep on my back. I like to be able to sleep in different positions so I try them out and see what positions will work for me. I think it is almost always comfortable to sleep on your side and it seems to work on whatever kind of mattress you are sleeping on.

I like to sleep on my back but sometimes I turn to the side and curl up a little bit, it all depends on whether I am sleepy or not.

Yes, it depends whether you are comfortable with your sleeping position in that way you can sleep well. But, I observe that if you are really sleepy you can't choose what position you want as long as you can sleep.

Hello Rose, My favourite position is lying straight down, with my back touching the bed, hands and legs relaxed. Sometimes when I am a bit uneasy, I do not feel comfortable in this position and then I curl myself to the left side. I don't do it intentionally but I guess it comes to me naturally, curling to the left.

Hello jshekhar, thanks for adding me. Yes, I agree with you. We don't intentionally sleep in our position but it is what we used to when we are sleeping. Indeed, it comes naturally.

Yeah, most of us sleep in that position. Maybe its because it is more comfortable and you can easily sleep in that position. :)

Hehe..sometimes I sleep in that way when my headache strikes me. They call it Log Position. Your legs are outstretched and arms at you side. It indicates a social and easy going personality. Do you think its true?

You and I have the same favourite sleeping position. However, I might have to change my favourite sleeping position somewhat, because sometimes when I sleep like that my arm falls asleep, and I can not move my fingers in the morning. It's really annoying when I wake up and my whole left arm is tingling.

Oh really..so you are also shy and sensitive? Yes, you're right. Me too needs to change my position. I've also experience that one, you can't move your fingers and your arms are getting numb. So annoying...

Hi, I used to like this sleeping position, until recently, when I would wake up with numbed arms. So now I really have no choice, but to sleep on my back.
