Hi friends, Recently I lost dad. He had a fatal heart attack. Even now I cannot believe it. It seems a dream. I feel strange and everything looks a bit different than what it was once. I just want to listen to you guys. It will help me a little bit to pull myself up. Thanks and regards

I'm so very sorry for your loss. It's very hard losing someone you love. I lost my Aunt back in March and I was closer to her than with my own father. There is no miracle cure for coping with it. You do what you need to do. Cry, scream, get angry, whatever. Don't hurt yourself and don't hurt others, but other than that, do whatever helps you. I like to look at old pictures and cry my fill when I need to. It may not seem like it will, but I promise things will get better, bit by bit. I had trouble coping for probably a month, but by now I'm ok with it. She's in a better place, she isn't in pain anymore, I'm sure she's happy. You've just gotta take one day at a time and deal with it the best you can.

that is so sad that u lost your father.but don't be so sad.evry1 has to go from this world one day.you its time to take care of your mother and for you to move ahead.don't stay behind.you should build up your confidence and should try to cope up with the pressure.so...don't loose confidence and try to keep yourself busy with some activities. all the best!
