Hello mylotters, Once my computer was caught a virus named win32/heur and other something like Tantos. These viruses were the most dangerous and irritating one i ever had in my computer. It caused many problems in my pc. It damaged all my exe files and didn't let to install any of the program. My task manager was disabled too. I had to restart my computer again and again due to failure of task manager. Sometimes it made my computer turn off suddenly too. And the worst thing it didn't let me copy any of the files too. I had some important files on desktop and i could not copy it to other drives so keep back up. I tried formatting my computer. But still i didn't got free from that virus. Very annoying. Later i knew it only infects exe files so i had too formatt my computer again. I carefully installed AVG and still i was not able to remove it completly. It could only detect and move to virus vault. Later it disappeared automatically. I dont know how it was removed. Has ur computer ever caught this virus? I want some tips how do i romove this virus easily if it is caught again. Which virus do u think is the most dangerous and irritating? What does it do?and how did u remove it? It will work for me and other mylotters and people who are victim of such virus. Thanks in advance for response!!!

i dont think we can rate any virus as most dangerous as every virus has different way of attacking the victims pc.. there are many deadly virus's than you mentioned.. some virus can merge with booting sector of hard drive and cause lots of trouble.. that's the reason why most of the antivirus now a days does a mbr scan first.. there are some ugly virus which can actually corrupt your Motherboard BIOS(Basic Input Output System)... i have been affected with bootable virus .. and really sucked the hell out me.. And i prefer avira antivirus... now my pc is in good shape..

Hello prajnith! Having got your response i think you must know a lot about these things. I liked your response but i have a question for you. Why cant we rate virus according to its dangers? Some virus does less damage and some damages more than other. They do have different victims. As you have said there are more deadly virus than i have mentioned. Isn't this some kinda rating? And the virus u mentioned luks very dangerous huh??? Anyway thanks for response and have a nice time mylotting!!!

ya you got a point there, but what am try to say is.. when we judge a software(Virus) we should even consider how efficiently its coded like small size , or no loopholes in the virus so that its not easily detectable and fixed/removed.. so some virus might be deadly by causing serious trouble even to hardware but its coding might not be efficient and it might be detectable on the other hand there are some virus which may not harm the hardware like the one you mentioned but might be very difficult to remove or detect and it might be even coded in assembly language so it will be very small in size and spreads easily.. so how to rate this virus.???its bit difficult isn't it?? even if we categorize them still we will have to pick out of thousands of virus And the count of total virus has exceeded 1 Million..

hey bro!!! \ now talking about the viruses i've been infected by loads and loads of them. some called gottcha!!! this virus disables my ms-dos program and whenever i run it there occurs a system shutdown in few minutes... i even brought some antiviruses for removing it but it didnt go then i formatted my pc it worked... also i was shocked when i knew that once i had an antivirus named fix_sujin.exe but which really wasnt an antivirus but a virus it self.. if only it hadnt been discovered by avast antivirus then i would have never known about that.... okie these are some viruses that irritated me but now whenever i am attacked by a virus i immediately run system restore and things turn normal... ohh talking about system restore i also came up with a virus that disables this function at that time there was no option except formatting mu pc okie later bie!!!

hey bro!.. the virus you had in your computer is really and troublesome.and most irritating one for sure. but i personally haven't come across that virus. the most irritating one for me was newfolder.exe virus. It is not that threatening, but irritating. Even with my caution i wonder how it got to my computer. After going through internet for solution i was able to completely remove the virus. if i had to manually remove this virus it would have been a headache. But thanx to duplicate file remover in glary utilities.

Well Bro for me newfolder.exe is a common virus. This has infected many times but thanks to antivirus it removed whenever i got that virus. So i don't know what that virus does actually. Previously i used avg and it detected easily and removed it. And nod 32 i am using also removed it easily. Duplicate file remover hmmm i guess that works too. Thanks for response and Happy mylotting!!!

Just used DuplicateFilesDeleter. It is a simple & safer to use, but very effective tool to locate duplicate files in one or more selected search paths. It scans the files/songs and compares them based on Byte for Byte Comparison, which ensures 100% accuracy. You can then choose to delete the selected duplicate or original files. The program is multi-threaded which enhances the performance immensely & performs scans very quickly.
