One mylotter is bored with the same kind of food everyday. I thought it might help this comrade of ours if we could suggest a variety of ways on how to cook food, like eggs. I like grating some cheese on a beaten egg. I quick fry in a non-stick pan with a little butter or canola oil. I call it my cheese omelet. How do you like your eggs done?

Sometimes I will do baked oven. You need to melt some butter in an ovenproof dish and then break the eggs into it whole, sprinkle with seasoning, chives and pepper are good, then cover with grated cheese and bake until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is all melty. You can also add other things between the eggs and the cheese like chopped ham or tomatoes.

Wow, for the lazy me, this looks like a lot of work. But I will try it. My oven had not been used in two years. About time.

if i make scrambled eggs, i like them with onions and green peppers, salt, and pepper, and i cook them in butter. i also like to eat them over easy with the yolk a little leaky on top of toast. another way i eat eggs is boiled and cut up in a salad. yummy!

Hi marciascott, I am for the cheese but probably not the hot sauce. I'll reserve that for pizza. I also cook eggs sparingly. I mean when that's all there is in the fridge. Eggs are pretty reliable.

wHY DI I remind u of her?? A deviled egg is when u boil ab=n egg, cut it in to , take the yellow out & add mayo, mustard, pickle relish, sugar, salt & pepper & add it back to the white. Some people call them stuffed eggs, we just always said deviled eggs.

Eggs are so versatile and can be made in dozens of different ways. I love mine scrambled, fried (over easy - not sunny side up), poached, in a quiche, an omelet, or even with bean sprouts as egg fu yung (sorry I don't know if that is the proper spelling). You can add so many different items to the eggs and change it to a whole new meal. Just by adding cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, veggies of any kind, or meat if you eat it (I don't) you can come up with a different recipe every day.

Hi eileen! I love sunny side up eggs! And I make sure that the yolk is half-coooked:) I haven't been bored with sunny side up eggs since; it's my all time favorite:D There are times also that I scramble my eggs and add sauted onions and lots of red tomatoes in it:) Yum!!! I've also tried putting grated cheese on beaten eggs. I used a quick melt cheese:) It's quite delicious! :D

We have the same taste. I like my sunny side up with ketchup. Lately, we fry two eggs at once so we kinda have cross-eyed sunny sides smiling at us.

Cheese omelet sounds nice!I prefer boiled eggs, because all you have to do is put them in a pot of boiling water. Boiled eggs are sikmple and nice.

If it's scramble eggs, it will be with a pinch of salt and pepper, onions and fry it with oil or butter. Usually it's oil, my mom hate it if I use butter. If it's just regular fried egg, I do the normal fried egg for my family. But for me, I'll fry some onion and chili first in non stick pan. Then I break the egg onto the first ingredients and let it cook on it's own. While waiting I'll sprinkle some salt and pepper. The egg will be half cook with the yolk still oozing.

omelet, yummy - egg omelet, yummy
My favorite to the eggs is to be fried with more tomatoes, onions, and garlic. I eat more and more for it. I enjoy much eating for it usually early in the morning. Sometimes I love also boiling to have alternate way of cooking.
