Have you heard REIKI?

You have peaked my curiosity. Last September I had to take unpaid leave of absence from work. I worked taking care of the garden centers of a popular home improvement store. I recall assisting an older Oriental gentleman one day wanting to know where he could acquire some Honey Bees. Not knowing the answer he gently took my hand,turned it palm up and with a pen applied pressure to the point of my wrist. He said told me he felt the need to help me with my back problem. I had never met this man before and was standing completely still when he aproached me. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and the only way to deal with this "disease" is pain management medications in which I am getting no relief from either. What the gentleman did on that day,was that REIKI? I have friends telling me I should try hypnosis to get relief from the pain. How are REIKI and Hypnosis different?

I learne reiki two years back I did it for a year then stopped. do you think I can still continue?How should I go about it.

I would love to be attuned for reiki! Could you please do that for me? What do you need? And how will I know when you have done so? I know where to take a reiki class in my area, but have not done so because I cannot afford the tuition. Is there good information on the internet so that I can learn proper techniques? Reiki is a very very wonderful gift. I have been attuned to the masters degree but I consider myself at 2 degree because I struggle with the symbols still. I Reiki has helped me, my family, and pets. I am a Reiki Channel having done two levels. I practice it every day. It helps me overcome any situation with ease. The best thing I like about Reiki is about the disinterest it makes you develop in needs that cannot be fulfilled.
