Wow, my tiles need a little polishing. The sweeping does not make it look clean enough. The bathrooms and the kitchen sink also need scrubbing. With the bulk of chores and activities to attend to, cleaning had become a fortnight chore. And two weeks is long enough to gather dust. How often do you clean your home?

My fiance and I don't have our own home. However, we do help clean on Wednesday which is when our trash services comes by to pick up the trash. Then we clean again on Saturday, but the cleaning that gets done varies. I think though that when we have our own home, we'll probably stick to much the same schedule, of course with it depending on what days we have off! Lol! There is a lot to be cleaned in a home though but some people don't clean where others do, lol.

Well we'll have to wait a few years, but I do hope that once we get married we can get jobs and have a home in no time. Lol. We're happy to be living with his parents though. I appreciate the comment back, and the wishes!

house cleaning schedule - from www.silvanascleaning.com/housecleaningschedul...

A House Cleaning Schedule can make house cleaning easier for you by giving you a do-able chore list day by day. Every house is different, so tasks may vary as well as the time required to perform the tasks. Keep in mind the daily chores such washing the dishes and picking up clutter.

Maintaining a clean house is important and can at times be difficult when living with a messy family. Here are some house cleaning tips to maintain a clean house. Some sections of the house may need constant attention while others not so much. For example you need to wash the dishes every day, but you only have to clean the kitchen once a week (depending on how messy your family is). Every household is different so house cleaning requirements vary in each household.

Here are a few indications that it is time to clean your house:
Dust on furniture
Clutter on floor
Mold in bathroom
Ring around bathtub/ toilet
Funny smell
I recommend maintaining the cleanliness of your home instead of waiting for it to be too messy. To maintain a clean home:
Pick up clutter when you first see it.
Put things away after using them.
Dust at least once a week.
Wash the dishes after every meal.
Sweep, vacuum and mop the floors at least once a week.
Clean windows once a week.
Scrub bathtub and toilet once a week.
Do laundry once a week.
If you throw food in the garbage, Always take that garbage out, do not leave it in your home.
Do not leave food or drinks lying around the house.

Multi-tasking is great for people who don’t have much time for house cleaning. For example while your cooking dinner you can clean the refrigerator. Just make sure you don’t forget about your food! While you are watching your favorite TV show you can eliminate clutter during commercials, or do laundry.

When house cleaning remember to clean one area at a time, Stay focused, and dust before you vacuum. Before you know it, you will be done with the house cleaning. So don't get overwhelmed, you will discover that after you start removing some clutter and wiping down surfaces the appearance of your house will improve tremendesy.

I'm really bad about cleaning my apartment. My husband and I split the chores. He does the kitchen and the bathroom. I do the living room and the bedroom. So my job is vacuuming, dusting, organizing, cleaning up trash and crap, etc. We probably vacuum every couple of weeks and dust about that often. Once a week or so I'll really pick up everything and get it in order. The problem is that I'm pretty lazy and also pretty cluttery. That combined isn't so good. Usually we only really clean if someone is coming to visit or if maintenance is coming. That happens just often enough that the apartment doesn't get horrible.

Ha ha, I am also indolent. My friends had long accepted that I could never get my house any cleaner. They just have to love me for it.
