Would you force your friend to wear seat belt while riding at your car?

Some friends of mine won't like to wear seatbelt while they are riding with me. I didn't really notice that until recently. I really want to reason with them, if they want to be in my car, please wear the seat belt like I do, for the peace of mind of mine. Since I am a driver, I have to responsible for their safety. Also, I need to comply with the laws. So, whoever in my car, I would enforce them to wear the seat belt, even it wasn't that convenience for them. Safety go first. Would you enforce someone wear seat belt while they are riding in your car?
