What time zone do you live in? What state or country do you live in? I usually sleep from about 1 AM until about 8-9AM. I usually work from about 4 PM until about 11 PM. However, I am about to start new hours at work next week. I will be working from about 10 AM until about 5PM starting on Monday, although I will still be working some evening shifts occasionally. I live in the central time zone, in NW Florida in the United States.

I'm in the same time zone.... I normally go to bed around 12am and sleep till 8 am.. So I get some sleep in, However I have a hard time sometimes getting up in the morning.. I am starting to think about going to bed a bit earlier in the night so I can get more rest.. I am a person who needs like 10 hrs to have a great day and have energy..

I am in the midwest in the US. We live in Missouri so we are on the central time zone. I only work part time and the hours are during the day. If I am scheduled to work and it rains, I don't go to work. Have a seasonal job at a golf course. I am usually in bed around 11 and sleep until about 6 or 6:30. Mornings I babysit our grandbaby, I am up by 5 or 5:30. Usually only a couple of mornings each week.
