I don't think that just because a guy is not flirting with a girl, he is a guy. Maybe he doesn't want you as a girl friend, or is already committed. It can also be that he is shy and wants you to make the move. D Please don't assume every shy guy as a gay. Some people want their best friends and girl friends to be different. That's it. Cheers!
