I heard Vitamin C and Vitamin B are good for neurons and emotional stability, but is it safe to drink it in high amounts? I mean I am currently using 500 mg of Vitamin C and 50 mg of Vitamin B, but I saw in a certain nutritional store of a 1000 mg Vitamin C and 100 mg Vitamin B. Won't it do any harm?

These vitamins cannot harm you. They are water soluble, which means that they are not stored within the cells of the body. Any excess vitamin will be expelled. I think 1000 m.g. of vitamin C is a little low. I take emergen-c, a product made by alacer. It is vitamin c and other vitamins and minerals that work together. They help to keep the body hydrated and is also good for the immune system and the skin. Vitamin B is also non toxic and good for nerves and muscles. Again, I think that 50 m.g. is a little low, at least 100 m.g. Try to get the B complex in a capsule form that is more easily absorbed.
