I have an idea about a website, but I don't know how to do it!

I have an idea about creating a website and earning a lot of money through it, but I don't know how to do it? Please tell me what should I do and where should I go if I want to create a very high class website. Also tell me how can I get investors if it requires money( i don't have a single dime but have very great idea). I bet that I will earn great revenue through my website and will distribute my first 5 month's earning between my investors(in order to their investment. Actually I will distribute 90% of my first 5 months earning and 5% of my earning after those 5 months till my website would exist). So please tell me how can I create that website and where from can I get investors for it!
