How Do Mother's Discipline her Long Lost Children for 15 years..?

Actually not the children who lost the contact but the
mother.In this case how can she know's back the real attitude of her children cause she's been absent for a longest time and no bonding has been made between them
at all.If your this kind of mother in your children?How can you stablish
togetherness if you've been abandon your own child with so many years..?
