Well I have never tried this one I have always prefered to brush my teeth before I eat something or breakfast as you said, at night I can be a bit careless as I do not like to get myself with the brush and to clean my teeth, my dad always look at it for this one.

No, it is not healthy to eat before brushing your teeth. I do not know from where you got the info that your teeth will become clean by eating before brushing. When we get up in the morning we must first brush our teeth and then eat or drink whatever we want. You can ask your dentist and he will tell you how to take care of your teeth.

When I was a kid my parents taught me to brush the teeth should be the first thing in the morning and I followed that. After marrige I found that my husband brushes teeth after having breakfast. He says that it is good because we should brush after breakfast to take out the food particles in teeth got in while having breakfast. I can't agree with it. I don't feel fresh without brushing in the morning. I practice brushing before having any food. I might sometimes have coffee before brushing.

Oh sorry that is disgusting. I have to brush my teeth first thing when I get up. Then I brush them during the day and again before I go to bed plus flossing and gargling. I know my sister eats first and then brushing. I just find it gross and not healthy because you are swallowing germs that have accumulated overnight in your mouth. Thats the way I see it.

It's not a healthy move.
You have to brush your teeth before having your breakfast, right after waking up. Because germs and microorganisms become quite active during your sleep and you have to wash them away as the very first thing in the morning, or else they will rush all the way down with the food you consume.

Hi! I try to brush my teeth after I eat, like you. If I brush them beforehand my food tends to taste funny...it has that powdery baking soda + pint taste, which isn't really what you want out of cereal! :)
Plus, if you brush them afterwards, you are cleaning everything off of your teeth including what you just added to them. It makes the most sense to me.
