You earn credits on this site by doing the things below. Each credit is worth 1 cent. The minimum payout is $20 which is 2,000 credits.
Comment: 50 credits**
Rate a review or comment: 5 credits
Grade a product, service, or person: 10 credits
Submit a new product, service or person for review: 75 points
Report spam/inappropriate content: 100 points
**at least25% of your credits have to be from comments to cashout
It is very easy to earn. Several people have already been paid. I just yesterday and am close to being halfway to reaching my first payout!!
I've already commented on things like Inbox Dollars, Google Analytics, and Project Payday. You can do that too!

Since I've posted this discussion, IMReportCard changed who can be members of the site. Only people from the US can join. Many people got very angry when they did that. Also, the people who had already joined and weren't from the US got their accounts deactivated. Very bad. I've been waiting 6 days now for my comments to be approved. I'm not sure I like that site anymore. If they don't approve my comments within the next couple days I plan to quit the site.

Why don't you write back after you have reached pay out. I dont want to waste time on a site that does not pay out. There are some sites that are good and others that are not worth wasting time on. I prefer to be on good sites.
