How many times do you eat in a day?

I do take a heavy breakfast, lunch and snack in the mid afternoon I don't take heavy dinner just an oat or cereal before going to bed is fine with me. How about you guys, how many times do you eat in a day?

Usually, I eat a small, or no, breakfast. A big lunch. Later, I have a snack. Then at night, I ear a big dinner and sometimes dessert.

That's good even with out breakfast at least you ate heavy lunch and dinner.

Hi Lyn! I think you are doing just the right thing. We must eat a proper square breakfast and little amount of dinner. I try to take my breakfast heavy as well but sometimes I fail. I eat in the morning, then a light snack in the afternoon and a light dinner. Nice pic there. He is a sweet heart! Hugs to him.

Hheheh yhea he is only a picture of us me and my hubby combine together so we can see what is the look of our future son. Only a software that I make and then that's it.

Hello,, I take three meals every week days. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, I'm busy in school so I cant accomodate snack, but in week ends I eat five to six times,, this is where I add snacks,,

I usually take three meals a day. But my appetite is getting a bit out of order these days. Sometimes I don't feel hungry but I feel desperately want to grab something to eat, no matter what. I guess it has something to do with my eating disorder and work stress lately. I'll have to consult a doctor and make it back to three meals a day. By the way, i think snack in the mid afternoon is a good idea. Oat and cereal are my favorites too. These are very healthy food. Enjoy your meals every day and happy mylotting.

Thanks shinymood, try to consult it to the doctor right away so that you will not get sick maybe you should try some vitamins and depends it to the doctor. Take care.

hello lynboobsy11 , I eat at the least two times a day. I have to have breakfast to start my day out.I can either have a late lunch or dinner.It seems if I am on vacation I have one meal a day but then snack when I don't usually snack.

Well, I have some small snack in the morning with my health drink in the morning. Then in the afternoon I have a heavy lunch. In the evening, before going to badminton practice I have some snacks and at night I take a light meal.

Two main meals, that is lunch and dinner. For the rest of the day (and sometimes night), I would snack - cookies, cakes, chocolates, chips, crisps!

I eat about 6 times per day. Breakfast, midmorning snack, lunch, midafternoon, dinner, and midnight. I am fairly active, so I eat a lot to keep my energy up and so I don't lose a lot of weight. And I'm up till about 2 every night so I get hungry and eat around midnight or so cuz I get the munchies pretty bad. And I also drink lots of water. I keep my meals pretty small, no more than 500 calories per meal.

i always eat heavy meals.i do that because i will need the energy because i love to use my mountain bike where ever i go.sometimes i go as far as i think around 20 kilometers just by riding my bike.that why i need to eat heavy so i can more energy

I eat when I am hungry. Some days I'll eat a few times a day, smaller meals, and other days I'll eat one or two larger meals, some days I'll just snack all day long. It's different every day. My husband is a fantastic cook, and makes all kinds of great things from big meals to small snacks.
