Mass grave found!

When I was relaxing at the den and watching television a breaking news interrupted; the news reporter said that a mass grave was found in Davao City at the shooting range of a retired police man. The said bones was suspected victims(eight persons) of summary execution and the evidence will be brought to manila for further investigation. This issue will be link again to the mayor of the said city. Do you think that the city mayor is the one behind the extrajudicial killings? Is it really true that he is the man behind the so called "Davao death squad"? Do you think that he has the capacity do? summary execution is practiced by police,military,parliamentary organizations and associated with guerrilla warfare, terrorism and counterinsurgency. Who ever did it summary executions are illegal as it is the denial of the right to life with fair trial.
