Can you still myLot if you feel sleepy?

I created this discussion because that is what I am experiencing now. Even how much my mind wanted to participate in myLot, my eyes just keep on objecting. This is really not a comfortable feeling. My eyes are commanding me to lie down on my bed now. Lol! I know I can still control my eyes, but I really need to sleep as it is the best thing to do in this situation. Have you experience this? Still want to participate in myLot but just too sleepy to continue. What did you do? Did you continue myLotting thinking that your sleepiness will be gone later, or you just follow your eyes' desire. Lol!

I sure have experienced the "myLot addict" syndrome.
I joined myLot in mid-May. For the first 2 weeks I was supper addicted and thought may be coz this site is new, my addiction will get fade with time.
I am so in love with this site.May a times, I have gone to bed then come up with a thought for a discussion. I normally write down my thoughts for a discussion. But then there have been times when I just think, hey may be I should just turn on my notebook and go back on myLot.
So you are not alone there.

Oh yes, there are really many people who are under mylot addiction, including me I guess. Lol! I also write down the topics that comes to my mind so that I can remember it when I have to type it on myLot. I still have no laptop, I'll surely buy one this year. Yes, I often do myLot when I am sleepy.
Or, myLot makes me sleepy sometimes.
But yes, I have been in this situation before and it is not fun when I really want to participate more but I get so tired that I can't.

Sorry...sleep will always win for me, hands down. I do my best but I work full time and hardly have enough time to come on here. I like to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

i'm always doing that is kind of crazy i most off the time just keep going anyway i have a laptop so i have it in the bed with me and most of the time if i keep going i end up falling asleep with the computer.

That is great since even i have your habit of falling asleep while browsing online and for most of the time I Mylot only at the times when I come online. As I have no time in the morning or evening due to hectic work schedule i get only my bed time to Mylot and moreover i feel that mylot is a place where you can learn more about the occurances that are taking place around you and I have not come into mylot to make money to be frank and i am planning to donate the money i earn through mylot for charity purpose.

Using a laptop can really make you continue because it is safer to keep on than a desktop computer. I'm sure that is also what I will experience if I am using a laptop, keep on myLotting until falling asleep. Hehe. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

If I'm sleepy, I would just make 5-10 comments. Actually I just visit mylot if I have an extra time that's why 6 months, I just got $1.50 here. Hope I could cash out this month.

When I get sleepy, it usually isn't just my eyes causing a problem. Sometimes my vision gets a little blurred/unclear. My mind gets bogged down too! It gets hard to think properly while I'm tired or sleepy, so I definitely try to come on here when I am well-rested and very much awake! I'm not any good with my responses if I can't even think straight!!

Yes, I was already experienced that before. When I opted to continue until morning, my vision got blurry, my hands often mispelled a word, and my mind just can't think actively. We should really get rest when we are already sleepy and tired. Thank you for yur response. Happy myLotting!

oh ok so you are feeling this because you are more and more working on mylot to get payout quickly. It was my experience when I was started mylottng in starting that time I was working at night and I was giving more & more answer after sometime I was feeling sleepy and still answering. but Now I am not working too much hard. I take it lightly.

It's not really because of myLot why I become sleepy, the reason my work. I was been too busy at work that's why when I got home, I'm already ired, but still go in open my computer to participate to myLot. But since I was tired from work, I easily get sleepy. I experience this once where I was enjoying myself mylotting while lying down. I was commenting on a lot of discussions and wanted to keep going but my eyes were dying on me all of a sudden. My body was so tired but my head wanted to keep going with all the great discussions I saw.

In that case, if you have no appointment the next morning, I guess you should try to continue and fight for your sleepiness because you still have many ideas on your mind, it still active. I think we should take the opportunity to myLot more if our mind is active and we have many ideas in mind. But of course, if our eyes and body, can't really stay anymore, we have no choice but to recharge. Lol! Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

O, I definietly know that awful feeling of keeping the sleepy bugs away while myLotting. I normally log into myLot late at night after I put my daughters to bed. So, most of the time, I will keep on telling myself to keep my eyes open as I want to finish all my comments to the responses I received. Also, I would not want to miss some interesting topic like this one. Finally finally, when I see the time is already 12.30am, then I will have to say goodbye to myLot. If not, I won't be able to get up at 6am the next morning. Cheers =))

I have a personal goal of at least 50 posts a day. So no matter how sleepy I am, I'll try to achieve that before I doze off. It doesnt matter if I accidentally dozes off on my keyboard, as long as I am able to wake up and type and type again.. as long as my fingers are still working, my eyes will be force to be open! LOL. all for the sake of myLot!

I always do that. Although I am sleepy or tired, I still want to stay online, sometimes I still want to stay in mylot, I just don't feel like going to bed. Sometimes, I just want to continue working, doing my programming work, though I feel sleepy. It's just because I want to achieve certain things then only I can go to sleep. I am sleepy now too, but I am still mylotting.

I think programming is easier to get sleepy with than myLotting. myLot can really keep us awake but it's our responsibility to take good care of our health so when we are already tired and sleepy, we should get rest. myLotting is addictive. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

MyLot wakes me up!
I get in from work just after midnight my time and a 'normal' person would go to bed right? Not me 
I switch on and I'm here and any thoughts of sleep just completely fade away and sometimes I'm here until the early hours. I seem always to find something that catches my eye and my mood and just go rambling on and on and sleep never comes. I have to make a mental effort to look at the clock and say 'enuff!' 
I have never fallen asleep while Lotting ever - well not yet!

Haha, that is actually true! Mylot can never make us sleepy because it is just so interesting. The one that make us sleepy and tired is our job. When we have been so busy at work, we will go home very tired. Actually I can also stay awake till morning, the only thing that stops me is my work the next day. Lol! Yeah, i daily do this. When i lie in my bed , i just keep using mylot on my cellphone and sometimes situations become wrost and i sleeps without logging out. Then i start again in the morning,lol. You might me thinking that i dont have any work to do? Then yes, i am student and do nothing except some household work.

Oh noes, I can't do anything right if i feel really sleepy. I bet that my posts and comments will be sloppy as ever. However, if there is one important thing that I'd really need to finish before sleeping, I'd smoke, drink coffee and wash my eyes to fight sleepiness.
