Paksiw is a dish made with fish.Fish is cooked with vinegar and pepper which we call Capsicum Longicum or siling haba in Tagalog.I love it .

I love that dish, it is very perfect in terms of taste in food, it is a sour flavor, and it is the easy dish.

Hi mimiang, I have never had the chance to eat any filipino dish so far. I am sre there are many excellent sea food dishes made the filipino style. Why dont you share the recipe for Paksiw. It sounds interesting. I am a great fan of sea food an love any kind of fish or prawn dishes - all the best and happy mylotting
