What movie is this?

My husband has been trying to figure out what movie this is and we just can't seem to figure it out. So I thought that I would post it to the internet and see if someone could. :)
It is a movie from the 80's or possibly early 90's and it is about a set of glasses that you put on and can "tap" into someone elses thoughts and feelings. The only quote he can remember from the movie is "So how does it feel to be a 16 year old girl in the shower?"
It also has a serial killer who uses the glasses. He puts them on his victim so that they can see and feel what he does while killing them.
Any input would be great!! Thanks for your help. :D

Yes, that's what it sounds like to me. I haven't seen Strange Days in quite a while, but what I do remember fits the description. I'm not sure it was glasses, though. I think it was some kind of headset.

Yes, the movie is called Strange Days. Thanks for the help. :) I was just going off of what my husband was telling me.
It wasn't glasses but some sort of thing you put on your head.

I just looked up that title on the internet movie database and there wasn't any movies that sounds remotely like the one we are searching for.
