Wives

A good wife is one that goes immediately to the kitchen as soon as she gets home from work. She picks up after her husband, and is always ready to entertain him before she goes to work.

A short answer... an appreciative husband

A good wife is one who don't nag. She Should be good cook as the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Lastly she is suppose to be 'understanding'. Not a queen control.

it take both the wife and the husband to make a good wife - therefore i totally agree with Wizzywig + TongueInCheek.. the wife has to know her responsibilities - care for the husband, care for his possessions, care for his children, to support the husband thru good and bad times, to be appreciative towards the husband for what is he is able to provide for the family, not to burden the husband with unnecessary wants and needs... the list goes on.. BUT, the husband also plays a great part in making his wife his good wife.. and the definition of 'good wife' also.. much depends on what the individual husband wants his wife to be.. Mrs.A may be a 'good wife' to Mr.A, but may not be a good wife in Mr.B's eyes...

loving, caring, Chaste, family oriented and sacrificing wife is a bliss.

A good wife always cooperative to her husband.She is mother like when she nurses her husband during illness. She is like a call girl at the bed.She is friend during bad days of her husband. I see a good wife like these.

for me it would be a wife that knows how to love thats all and the rest would follow for I believe if one love one can give just about anything that her heart desires and in such a way would cherish the love I will share for the rest of our lives
