Halo wars is coming out soon and i also can tell u how to get recon armor!!!!!!!!! Halo 3 was ok but halo wars was awesome im a tester for it u get all kinds of different vehicles i cant wait until they get the full version to me ill tell u guys all about it

Halo wars has been out for like 6 months, where have u been, and its not Halo recon, it officially ODST.
