Just a couple of days ago I was driving around with my boyfriend. He is the kind of guy that drives with his his seat back in the lowest recline. ( I don't see how he can see the road that well when he does that) There was a car in front of us and he was going really fast then the car immediately STOP RIGHT DEAD IN FRONT OF US. We almost crashed bust luckily he quickly turned the car that I almost threw up. That night I cried for hours. I still am a little bit shaken up by the experience that I ALMOST DIED. Wow, amazed.

I dont think I would be getting in a car with him any time soon - it doesnt sound like he is a safe driver! I hate seeing people drive with their seats reclined so much. Terribly scary! Im glad you are ok. Any accident is scary, even when you arent injured. Im glad you didnt have to have that headache!

Thank you. You are very kind. Yes I am find I just hope that does not happen again. I still drive with him, because he is my boyfriend (future fiance). I am just going to HAVE TO work with him on his driving issue. Maybe if we bought him a newer car then he'd drive safely. He has a old Cadillac STS 1996. That's pretty old but thanks again for your kindness.

I dont care who it is! It isnt worth endangering yourself. I would ask him not to drive like that when you are in the car. If he really loves you, he will respect that! My husband definitely drives a bit more reckless when I am not with him. He knows that I dont like when he drives like that, so he doesnt because he loves me!

I've had a few experiences like that. Or I was the first person to respond to helping someone else out whom had gotten hurt (at work), when everyone else just stood there with their mouths open. Like I said, I've had a few close calls with getting really messed up, or almost dieing. When it does happen I just shrug it off, and count my blessings. I believe what doesn't break a person, makes a person!
