Hi there I recommend you go with a Kodak easy share. Any model.. I have a z1012is which is the more expensive one priced at $249. But I am so happy with it, The photos are better than expected from a dslr camera of that kind. It also shoots in black and whiteand sephia. You can do so many things with this camera it's the perfect size and price I think. oh yeah, the 1012is is a 10 megapixel HD or high defenition quality. like the tv. Check it out

There are so many Digital camera brands available, and so many new ones coming out all the time with new features like image stabilisation and smile recognition that I don't think anyone could tell you the best one to buy..The camera I own is now about 5 years old and looks dated beside newer slimline ones with big screens-my recent Samsung camera phone has better resolution than the camera, and I always have it with Me.. I have to say Canon does have a good reputation for their cameras, though! Good luck with the purchase, and happy Snapping!

If you want the best, you can't buy a cheap camera; if you know your budget, you can buy the best you can afford, but the best cameras are NEVER the cheapest! How much are you willing to spend? What kind of pictures will you take? Do you plan to print and enlarge them, or only view them on screen? How often will you shoot in poor light? Do you want video, and if so, at what quality: 640x480, HD or something in between? Answers to these kinds of questions might help you find what you want.

I have an Fuji and its is great. I got a really good deal on it from HSN. I have taken several different pics and they all turn out great. I used for my grandson when he played t-ball and I took pics with him action. There was no blurr and the quality was great.
