close down your computer to get some rest? The way I am, I work online, search for more opportunities, and just keep going until I get tired, my eyes are ready to just close. So I am going to say Nite and come back in a few hours... How about you, when do you decide to rest?

When i was single, i usually will fall to sleep after i had finish chatting with my friends and special one. Now, i will decide to get some sleep only after my son had fall asleep. Because if he 's not sleeping, he will not allow you to sleep in peace. So, i prefer to do some online chatting with my family and friends until my son fall asleep. Sometimes, i will do some online earning program, when i have the extra time to online.

Oh absolutely understands how children become our world when they are young, or even older. I would stay up to make sure they were asleep, do somethings around the house, then get a bit of rest. Get up early so that I was up when they would get up. Now that they are grown, it still happens the shorter hours. I know I want to get back online so that I can do some of the programs. So I don't sleep long hours.

Yeah, what's what i am gone through now. I even had a day with only 3 hours sleep, when my son is not feeling well. And that's too bad for me because i used to sleep around 6 - 8 hours a day. It's good to know that you now have time to online and ding some of your online programs...

I miss my kids being around though, I would rather have time with them to have fun, get to know what they are doing now in life. The problem is they get busy and don't have time. So I come online and do what I can here to try and not let it get to me to much. Your son sounds like he wants to be apart of everything going on when he was young, that isn't a bad thing though, shows enthusiasm for what is around them. I hope it has helped him as he grows.

I have my bed right next to my computer. I work out of my brother's shack in back of his house and there is a comfortable bed there. I just lay down and get me some sleep when I get tired.

I can relate to that. My computer is also by my bed. See I live with my daughter and I have one room to work out of. So like you I work online and when I get tired I close it out, then get some rest.

Usually it depend on my body and eyes, if it felt tired, i will go sleep and if not, I will stay longer. I don't know why, but since I finish my study, I rarely can stay up late like I used to. Actually I want to stay up late, learn and find out how to earn more online, but my body kept failing me. Working online is not easy right? But if you managed to make a decent living out of it, good for you.

Hi Youreyes4today, I have become totally addicted to being online, therefore, I get very little sleep, what makes me finally go to bed is when I start feeling chest pains (yes, seriously--I suffer from angina) & once I start getting the pains like around 2ish, 3 am, I shut down my computer & go to bed.

Ohhh that is not good for you to wait that long for your health. I am sorry that you go through this, maybe you should check with a doctor about this if you can. Please take care of yourself best that you can. I don't see a doctor right now because I have no insurance or help. Thing is because of that I do what I can to keep from HAVING to go. Take care Please....

I can understand now wanting to have to rely on meds. Not only being tied to some meds all the time, it is also the cost that doesn't help either. I hope you can do what you need to, to stay in good health.

Thanks for your concern Youreyes4today! I have been to the doctor for this but I just try to deal with it, as long as it's just that, pain from this condition because I don't want to start taking medication & then have to live on it. : )

I agree with you, our bodies need to rest each day to be able to do the next days accomplishments. Some though push it, I do at times also.

Most of time my body sends me a signal that its time to sleep. Often I feel that my eyes are burning.

sometimes we push those signals back because we don't want to stop what we are doing. So I set a time limit to make sure I get at least some rest.

Usually when the Internet connection suddenly disconnected and it's already 12 am, I decided I better call it a day and switch it off. If it still early I might play some computer games. If the connection is fine, I might stay up until 1 am on working days and later than that during weekend. Still I make a limit not until later than 3 am in the morning.

When i was a student,i began to sleep very latter, mostly after 12 o'clock. To date, i still keep the custom. Thing may be changed, when i get married. Everynight. i do one or two things, such as play games, chat with my friends, watch movies or TV shows, surfing on internet and so on. In recent, visiting mylot and responsing some posts began necessary. Time always goes very fast, when i do those things. In some time, i even fall into sleep at 2 or 3 o'clock of tomorrow moring. In a word, it is crazy to sleep that late. I always try to change. But it is hard to me. Maybe until i am married, things can chang. Happu Mylotting!

I am not at all sleeping. I want to find good earning opportunities, and 24 hours a day is not at all being enough for the completion of the works. Then whenever I want to go to sleep, I am thinking that I am wasting time for sleeping. Rather I could invest in work.

I base my sleep on a more organized schedule. I dont always wait until im tired, but more on how much sleep I need to be productive the next day. I try to get to right around 8 hours each night, but will go lower like maybe 6

I am having trouble sleeping and I often get on my computer and mylot in the middle of the night when all my family is asleep. I used to try and stay in bed hoping I would fall asleep. Now if I can't sleep, I get up until I am sleepy.

Usually, I stay up all night and sleep all morning. When I wake up in the mornings, I'm cranky, tired, don't want to leave my room, and overall, very grumpy. During the evening I don't act this way and feel more awake so I'm usually up all night.. I stay up around 5:00 AM and then go to sleep, waking up around 1:00 - 3:00 AM.

I decide to go to sleep when I already have done the things I wanted to do during the day. I always make a plan early morning on how I am going to spend my day. I make a task list. And when I have done most of those, then I go to sleep. I don't go to sleep with unfinished tasks especially the very important ones because I definitely would not experience a sound sleep with an unfinished job.My body might be at rest but my mind would be wandering. But, I make sure I catch up the next day or whenever I do not have much to do. I wake up early to start to do things early, and go to sleep early.I believe in the principle of following our circadian rhythm. It is when we disrupt the nature of things that we experience health problems. Sleep is a vital component of health. If we sacrifice our sleep because of our jobs, in the end, it won't give us any good. To me, to be able to function well, we must experience sound and quality sleep. I always make it a habit to make a plan ahead, so that when I go to sleep, I could really feel rested and invigorated. It is all a matter of discipline for all of us. Try getting at least 6 hours at night and you'll definitely feel so energetic as you carry the next day's tasks! Thank you.
